This bath tea is great for ritual or grounding baths & soaks. You can steep the bath tea in its bag in boiling water for 10 minutes and pour the water into the bath or simply place tea bag directly in tub or under
faucet and let steep for 5-10 minutes. All that is left is to get in and enjoy.
Ingredients: Sea Salt, Epsom Salt, Red Rose Buds and Petals, Rosemary Leaf, Calendula Flowers, Fenugreek
seeds, Flax seeds, and Juniper Berries.
